Policy For Try Ons By Appointment Only - BENDIGO ONLY CURRENTLY

We are charge $10 for 30 minute try ons appointments. non refundable payments.* which can be booked via our website. Please ensure to include a mobile number in your order so we can contact you with the try on details. Ensure there is x1 in your cart when you check out and to book only one appointment time for yourself only. 

The payment will be deducted from your hire cost if you choose to book an item when you try it on. You have 24 hours to let us know or the payment cannot be used and is non refundable.

Try ons don’t guarantee the item will be available to try on at that time or available for your date. Only full payments of booked items via our website secures your item for that date. We just book general try ons. You are welcome to send us a DM on Instagram or text prior to your appointment to check the item isn’t already booked for the date you require it for or to see if it may potentially be available to try on at the time of your appointment. 

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment it will be canceled. No refund will be provided. Payment is to be made before your appointment time. If you cancel or no show no refund will be provided. 

Please come to your appointment with NO makeup or tan on. if transfer occurs you will be charged a cleaning fee. If you damage the item during try ons or damage the item beyond repair you are responsible for all repair and replacement costs.  

Please come to your appointment alone. We cannot cater more than 1 person at a time. Please do not turn up unannounced to a try on we only do by appointment only and payment and confirmation needs to be made prior to your appointment. 

We ask our clients to please not book an appointment for the sake of just wanting to casually try items on as our appointments are limited. This takes the opportunity away from a client wanting to book an appointment for a specific event. All sales excludes try ons, all items will be full priced to hire when a try on is booked. 

Please come to your appointment with an idea of what you want to try on and for what date you require to wear it please. Please let us know prior to your appointment so we can let you know if it’s available for your hire date. 

We do not offer postal try ons sorry. 

Please park on the street and not the driveway. 

When at the Bendigo site when trying on you are liable for your own safety. When parking you are liable for your own car. By paying you have agreed to these terms and conditions. 

If items are stolen and damaged and not returned or payed to be fixed you will be reported to Victorian Police. 

Set Try On Times Weekly 

The designated set 30 minute try on times weekly for Bendigo are as the following

Wednesday 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Thursday 7:00pm - 8:30pm
Saturday 8:00am - 9:00am
